ローカルレストランで人気とのことでした。比較的安い価格設定でしたが、ツアーに組み込まれていたようなので、あまり関係なかったみたいです。
ブータンでは、モモと呼ばれる日本の餃子のようなものがよく食べられているとのことで注文しました。お肉以外にもポテトや野菜なのが入っているモモもあるようでした。
１つ１つのボリュームが大きく食べ応えが、ありました。
タレをつけないでも味がするくらいしっかり味付けされていて美味しかったです。
ブータンでは、日本と同じくお米が主食のようで、お米と一緒に食べるスープやカレーのようなものが多かったです。
どれも辛めの味付けではありましたが、味はとても美味しかったです。

Excellent Italian-Bhutanese twist. I had the special trout which was grilled with asparagus. For starter had yak mini burger. Sonam, the owner, was very attentive, helpful and a great host. Loved the vibe.

F&B Restaurant in Thimphu provides a comfortable dining experience with a good variety of dishes. The food is well-prepared, flavorful, and reasonably priced. Service is courteous, and the ambiance is suitable for both casual meals and small gatherings. Worth visiting.

We had dinner here on our first night in Thimphu, and it’s a great, down-to-earth spot if you want to skip the standard hotel buffets. It’s always packed with locals, which tells you everything you need to know. We tried a mix of their steamed veg and beef momos (dumplings), the stir-fried crispy noodles, and a side of spicy crispy fries. Everything was packed with flavor, and the momo dipping sauce had a fantastic kick. It’s simple, affordable, and authentic comfort food. Highly recommend if you want an honest, casual local meal!
